Wow, eye opener
This book has opened my eyes to ill effects of my ways in reference of how I deal with anger. I have had a self realization of epic proportion. I highly recommend this book to anyone having issues in their life with outbursts or problems. It also is a great book of just understanding anger as a whole and how to deal with individuals displaying anger. Thank you so much Gary!
Religious based, not universal self help
It does not say it here, and it really really should. I am loathe to give one star as I feel this work is well thought out, but is strictly targeted to Christians. Warning! If you are not, it is not for you. I did try, and gave the author the benefit of the doubt, but it hits you often, and early, and always.
Might as well go read the Bible for free
Too much about the Bible and god and Christian ways to get through. I am not a Christian nor a believer of god - I tried to read through but it’s just too much.
