Animal Alphabet

My seven year-old granddaughter, Breanna, expressed a desire to write poetry. We agreed to share our writings through the mail. Starting with A, I gave her a subject. She wrote a poem, sent it to me and gave me my subject. The first four subjects she gave me were alligator, bunny, candy, and dolly. After the second poem, I decided to do all mine about animals. After Dolly, the donkey, I asked her to give me animal subjects. This continued for five years. She tired of poems before we reached the end, so I continued on my own. Thus: Animal Alphabet.
