This true crime book is based on the forensic patholoist's autopsy of 4 true crimes (murders). It goes into depth about the process of an autopsy and the trial process. It takes in the history of each crime victim and each murder perpetrator. It is very interesting how evidence of a murder is found and used at trial. It is very interesting how Dr. Wecht, the forensic pathologist, explains what he finds in the autopsy and how he relays it to the jury during trial. A very good read and I learned a lot!
Bizarre, Scary and Thrilling
The four cases in this book range from strange and almost comical to downright heartbreaking and breath taking. Nice to see things from a forensic pathologist’s point of view.
