Out of all the short stories this was my favorite one. I liked getting to see her moms story and how she escapes.
Great!
You here about Lena’s mom In Delerium, and instantly you want to know a little bit more. This prequel gives you a little background. I wish we got a little more information that was given on the mother’s love story, but since it was one sided, I guess this was an adequate amount. I get the impression that it wasn’t completely one sided though, and that make me wish for more.
Overall, this short story introduces you to Bells, Lena’s mommy. How her parents met, how the cure didn’t work, how she fell in love, and how her position in Delerium came to be. I was content with this story. It’s definitely necessary to series. It’s written well, and it will absolutely get you excited to read more.
Amazing
Even though it has not been released yet I already know its amazing! The story itself is amazing and it is really nice to see an author give so much to a great story line by writing other character perceptions for the audience to get a better feel for the story. Thank you Lauren Oliver, you are truly inspirational as some might also feel.
