Great mountaineering account, enjoyed it, especially given the era in which this expedition was mounted. Good read!
Beautiful story of a monumental climb
The main thing I take from this story is how a man can go through so much and still stay witty and optimistic, we should all learn from this.
Great Book
This is a great book. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately the iBook version does not contain any of the pictures, drawings and maps that the original has, which helps a lot in getting a clear picture and situational awareness of the accounts.
