Anti-National Humanist

In this essay, the author is trying to an answer the question: is there a possibility of existence of a humanist as an anti-national humanist? He wonders if it is possible for humanists like doctors to not become externalities of nationalism labelling the blood saffron, green, red, black, and white (even pacifists die in war between nations).
