Helpful But Limited
This book, though over priced, is a helpful introduction to FCPX, especially for those of us trying to get a hold on the software after working with FCP7. However it does not go into much detail and offers very few specific examples. Much of this I had figured out through painful trial and error, but I did pick up a few things I didn't know.
Too forward
Way too forward, needs more pictures or examples. We are dealing with a $300 editing software here, not a McDonalds Happy Meal Toy. Other than that, pretty good. MPV's tutorials (also on the app store) go along with this book VERY well. Buy both, and you'll eventually be a wizard!
