Applied Population Genetics

This series focuses on applied population genetic analyses using the R analysis platform.  The focus of this initial volume is on getting the quantitative tools (R and associated packages) together and providing information on how to gain basic functionality.  Subsequent volumes will be dedicated to specific analysis domains including Analysis of Subdivided Populations, Non-Random Mating, Isolation Models, etc.
