This book is a story about the existence of magic in America and a conflict between a magic government and a non-magic government arises as the leaders dispute politics.


In the story of Arcane, the leaders of the government struggle to keep peace. The President of the Arcane government loses grip of peace as fellow politicians begin to take violent action. The Arcane President attempts to stop the violence but the opposition prepares for war.
