Nick and Andi
OMG!! Finished at 1 a.m. cuz I couldn’t put it down!! Kept me on the edge of my seat and the twists and turns kept coming until the end. Love their dynamics together!!! Next book please.
Good read
I enjoyed reading this book. For those who haven’t read it
SPOILER ALERT!!!
A few typos get the reader (me) frowning. The smell of gunpowder reminded her that both Meera and Nick had fired their guns. At this point in the story three shots have been fired in that room. It takes several paragraphs both we learn that Meera fired on Nick as he readjusted his aim so as not to hit Andi.
THREE MONTHS later is only accurate if it means since the story started rather than since Nick woke from his month long coma. The story started in August and 3 months makes the November wedding. But if it’s 3 months since Nick woke that would be December.
It was very cliché for Andi, the woman who couldn’t get pregnant, to suddenly discover she’s pregnant by the only man she truly loved. (I’ve heard this does happen in real life, but many authors use this to increase…? Emotions, sentimentality, yank on the readers’ heartstrings. Yanked on mine even as I rolled my eyes. 😘🥰

I absolutely loved this book and read till midnight! From page one it was gripping, funny and made me cry. The character of Nick was hot and I found myself rooting for him thru the entire book. And I was strong and I loved her and I’m sure anyone would enjoy this read.
Where is the screen play. A movie is warranted.
