Artifacts, Dragons, and Other Lethal Magic is the sixth book in the Dowser series, which is set in the same universe as the Oracle, Reconstructionist, Amplifier, Archivist, and Misfits of the Adept Universe series. While it is not necessary to read all the series, in order to avoid spoilers the ideal reading order of the Adept Universe begins with Cupcakes, Trinkets, and Other Deadly Magic (Dowser 1).

Sounds cheesy.....But Pure Joy
The twists and turns of this book were extremely entertaining, and at times I felt horrible sadness. But I love how all the characters and their relationships become more complicated and intense. When I was finished I felt myself smile. It was pure joy to read this great book, and yes... I will read it again.

The Dowser Series
I love, love, love, these books! Book 7 cannot get here soon enough. Jade and Warner are a love story for the ages and her friends are diverse and powerful in each their own way. Usually after 2 or 3 books the plot line gets a little tiresome but book 1-6, I could not put them down. Great books.
