John Middleton Murry (6 Aug 1889 – 12 Mar 1957) was an English writer. During his career he wrote over sixty book and countless essays on various topics – literature, society, politics, religion and more. Murry was also admired literature critic. Also he was married to Katherine Mansfield was maintained friendship with D. H. Lawrence, T. S. Eliot and with Frieda Lawrence. Murry edited Mansfield’s writings after she passed away.
