Audio Visual Helpful Hints & Tips

Audio visual for events and meetings can be one of the most misunderstood areas for planners to address in advance of their event.  In this book we help event planners to organize and write a better and more effective request for proposal (RFP); and then how to better understand the structure and layout of the most common types of AV quotes they will receive in return from their potential vendors.  We also offer a few ideas and illustrations of past events to help inspire you to enhance and improve your events visually.  Many of these examples were achieved by using inexpensive materials combined with some creativity and proper lighting.
