Inspirational

As of being one of Johns stun dents during the three emperors years, I can say the pulsatile self is real, if you practice everyday as advised. John is a great man and the perseverance and tolerance shown during his struggles with his hips and back are deeply humbling and inspirational. Thank you John for everything, from life lessons to teaching me how to achieve the pulsatile self! I'm in my praying mantis stance! Lol!!
