Autrey J. Locklear v. State Delaware

1) On April 20, 1989, Autrey J. Locklear pled guilty to ten counts of felony theft. He was sentenced on June 23, 1989, inter alia, to eighteen years in jail, followed by forty-two years of probation and ordered to pay restitution. After the Superior Court denied Locklears motion to reduce his sentence, he filed a post-conviction application seeking to withdraw his plea. That application was denied by the Superior Court.
