Avalon Master Declaration

Commonly referred to simply as the “Master Declaration,” this Amended and Restated Declaration of Easements, Covenants and Restrictions for Avalon (Alpharetta, GA) governs the Greater Avalon Development. This instrument generally establishes easements, architectural controls, construction and maintenance requirements, use restrictions, declarant maintenance obligations and assessments and insurance requirements. Updated and revised for all amendments.
