The AWSP Leadership Framework User’s Guide

The Association of Washington School Principals has created this User's Guide to accompany the AWSP Leadership Framework. This User’s Guide was created by professionals in the field to support principals and their evaluators as they implement the new principal evaluation system in Washington state. It is designed assist principals and their evaluators with the process. However, the ideas, suggestions, and examples in this book are applicable for any evaluation system where professional growth and feedback are the intended outcome.
