Eric de la Portilla appeals his final judgment of conviction and sentence that followed a jury guilty verdict of battery on a police officer, resisting an officer with violence, and a guilty verdict of resisting an officer without violence. Because there is no reversible error in the trial court=s rulings on the scope of the cross-examination of adverse witnesses at trial, or in the trial court=s findings at sentencing, we affirm.
