Child-friendly and Biblical
Skeptical about how the story of Baby Moses could be adapted for a young audience, adorable book cover notwithstanding, I decided to add it to my cart to see. After all, all I had to lose was $.99!
Well, my dollar was well-spent! The author managed to convey Pharaoh's anger, the pain of loss and Moses' eventual adoption into the Egyptian family in an accessible, biblically- accurate way.
With beautifully illustrated pictures, I believe this familiar Bible story will hold the attention of 2-8 year-olds as a read-aloud or read alone book.
