Good material, formatting is OK but TOC has issues

When I got this book I was worried about how the iBook would handle the sign instructions. Having learned ASL in college I knew that sometimes it's hard to read the sign motions. I was worried about how that would translate into an iBook. (and if a poorly formatted book would ruin any learning potential)

However, I'm pleased to report that the sign motion pictures remain clear (at least from what I've seen so far). It would be nice if the book was more iBook optimized - say video motions instead of pictures - but meh.

However, the table of contents is horrible: there are two entries: "Table of contents" and "conclusion". No chapter entries, no entries for when a new sign is introduced, no nothing. I ended up manually highlighting every time a new sign was introduced, so i had some kind of reference.

The material in the book is exciting and I can't wait to try it with my baby (expected at the end of Jan 2012).
