Excellent book! A real easy read and provides the information for people to understand that usually do not understand all these issues regarding the spine. After reading this book I discovered that some of the exercises I was actually performing at the direction of a personal trainer was actually more harmful then good.
Excellent book to help recover from or prevent back pain
What a great resource to stay healthy and avoid back pain. I learned a lot about different exercises to help also improve my overall fitness. The videos in the iBook are also a nice touch.
