Already knew most of it
If you are suffering from low back pain for a year or more, you already know almost all of the excersises that this Dr. proposes. You should know them by your physical therapist sessions. Anyway, it was worth the first two chapters where explains basic things you consider for your daily life: sleep, sex, proper pushing and pulling, treatments, among other interesting facts. I can identify with most of the book, but it was more about confirming stuff than to discover new alternatives to alleviate my pain.
