The sequel to both Getting to Galen & Reacquaintance, told mostly from Mags/Ro’s POV.
Taj returns with the man both she and Ro love, and the friends she has been searching for since their escape, to face the most catastrophic event ever to strike Galen.
The protected Galen children have been simultaneously attacked in many countries. Over 300,000 other children were flamed, near 40,000 with their faces burnt to the bone.
80% of the power bank’s resources have just been depleted to restore the paraplegic Langdon to full physical health, though he is anything but grateful and is working some agenda of his own.
There are not enough Creative healers for the job. Ro estimates it will take close to 2 years to restore all the children.
Meanwhile there is chaos as millions of desperate refugees try to enter Galen to escape the threatening World War and other forces are organizing to attack Galen at its most vulnerable point.
Enemies both within and outside Galen are bent on destroying Ro. Who can help her?
