Backward

A poem that indulges in abstract sentimentality, moments of reflection, reverence, points of breakage, of departure. Haiku-like, but unrestrained, ill-disciplined, with some lines that can be read backwards; or not at all. Words that are arbitrary, silent, loudly thought, unspoken.
