What a joy of a book!
The recipes are incredible, just the right amount of sugar, complex and surprising without ever stopping to taste familiar, and they look actually easy. The pictures are mouth-watering. The closest thing to actually bitting your sweet tooth into the actual, cookies or brownies. In the photographs you can see the little the grains of salt, the swirls of butter, the flakes of coconut, the melted chocolate chips...
