Balanced by Radiance

Survival is more than keeping the heart beating. It’s protecting the soul. Safeguarding the veil. Holding one’s bonded close. Myrna did none of these.

Myrna’s lost everything. Again. She can’t forgive and forget, but being heir means moving forward and protecting the realm no matter the cost. The voices she hears are a complication to her position. As are the visions of those passed on. It’s all filtering through a tear in the veil between realms. The one that’s shocking her with arcane power.

Yeah…magic is unpredictable that way and, with Shadowspire involved, nothing is off the table. The circuits of power that weave aren’t always visible. Where one thread leads, others often follow. Worse, those that traverse the realms hold dangerous implications.
Because Myrna knows what’s on the other side. Her Shadowspire speaks to it. The land of shadows brims with enemies intent on returning to destroy her world—beasties ready to devour all who make Faerie home.

Myrna and her anchors must understand the magic that connects them and strengthen their bonds or all of Faerie falls. This is more than the safety of one court; it’s protecting the vines of magic that weave.

BALANCED BY RADIANCE is book 2 of the Shadow Faye Series. It is a Faye Fantasy following Myrna after she accepts her true heritage and steps into the role as heir.
