A completely imaginative take on a metaphysical world and the ways it can be weaponized beyond our wildest dreams.
Ball Lightning > Three-Body
if you are frustrated with the universe-ending threats and scale posed in Liu’s work like Three Body, i highly recommend this much smaller and more personal story. for my money, this is the best Cixin Liu novel.
Addictive from the first chapter
I enjoyed reading this book so much. It’s an excellent work of science fiction. The author pays a lot of attention to adding believable details and touches a lot on the societal implications of technology advances. I’ve read the Three-Body Series by the same author and enjoyed this book as much as those books.
