Baltimore Dairy Lunch Inc. v. United States

Appellant appeals from a judgment based on a jury verdict of guilt on five counts of an indictment charging violation of 18 U.S.C. § 220. Reversal is sought solely on the ground that the trial court erred in overruling the motion for judgment of acquittal. Our ruling must turn on the narrow issue as to what meaning shall be given to the word "acceptance" as used in the statute.
