Bangs v. Bangs

The Circuit Court for Baltimore County granted the appellee, Antonina Bangs, a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the appellant, Herbert Pancoast Bangs, on the ground of voluntary separation. The court also awarded appellee custody of the parties minor child, alimony, child support, a monetary award which included part of appellants pension as he receives it, and counsel fees.
