A Chicago native, Elsa Black now lives in the Western Hills of Cincinnati and works night shifts in Human Resources as a way to utilize open dialogue and honest communication for the purpose of empowerment through life skills, time management, and finances. Andon Elsa founded Battered Beauties, Inc. in 2013 utilizing nearly ten years of health care and customer service experience. Elsa enjoys writing, boating, swimming, and traveling. Her favorite scripture is, Psalms 118:11, because it signifies the importance of empowerment, scripture, and faith.
