After devising a plan to help criminals who are on the run, Gomer turns to Elle, a former mobster's granddaughter, for leads. With Elle's help, they spread the word far and wide: For a nominal fee, Wasteland is a safe haven for anyone who needs one.

When Ida Belle, Gertie, and Fortune discover what Gomer is doing, they realize his actions could have dangerous consequences.
