I saw this book in one of the many gift shops at Walt Disney World. What a wonderful book. As a Disney geek, this book was very informative in the history of the Disney company. I also loved the "behind the scenes" stuff at the Disney parks, studios, etc. I plan to have my sales team read this. The customer service skills can help any team, large and small AND any leader be even more effective.
