Beast of Reddog Road

Beast of Reddog Road is a short story about the time immediately after the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963. It is a story that takes place in the rural farm lands of eastern Ohio, on a road covered in red dog slag.

A young girl, Becky, believed that evil was released into the world. An evil that she could smell, that made her gag. Also an evil that attacked her and left her for dead.

She and her young friends decide to fight back.

Beast of Reddog Road will take you back to a different time, not so far removed, but different enough from now as to be a world away.
