The Definition of Guide
Reading this book meant a lot to me because I am not much of a reader. I’ve always had a motivation to improve my life and my inner self but I couldn’t find something (a guide per say) to help me accomplish my goals. Having read this writing, it gave me a good sense of where I should start and what it should look like along the way to me for filling my steps to being better. It’s a straight to the point style that gives examples and stays relatable to the viewer. This guide really is for everyone that’s willing to listen.

PS- There are a few simple grammatical mistakes and some ideas are repeated. (Reason for 4 stars)
This may be the worst book I have ever read. Grammatical errors abound, and the advice generally amounts to something along the lines of “to not feel stressed, let go of stress “. Not sure how this ever got published. The one redeeming quality is it was free, but my advice would be don’t waste your time
I have anxiety and work stress. This book hit on a lot of topics... I will incorporate a lot of this information into my everyday life...
