A good read time
This book was okay. There’s a bunch of typos but once you get passed them and dissect what the author is trying to say, there are some good key points in this book. I have a couple things that I will take a way from reading this, but it wasn’t a drastic “change your life” type of book, nor did it really motivate me in the way the author was trying to achieve.
This may be the worst book I have ever read. Grammatical errors abound, and the advice generally amounts to something along the lines of “to not feel stressed, let go of stress “. Not sure how this ever got published. The one redeeming quality is it was free, but my advice would be don’t waste your time
