Strong ideas, strong book

This was a nice short summary of natural movement concepts for strength training and body building. I felt the nutrician component was a little thin. I thought the basic movement part was very well done. This was a short read. I hope to see the authors continue on fututer collaborations.

Super Book! The real deal. These exercises REALLY do what they say they will do. I have given them to all of my patients and to the top local trainers in my area. The feedback from those WHO DO THEM has been fantastic. I have been a long time student of human movement and performance. With over 25 years Chiropractic experience and over 40 years of training I can say that these 5 simple moves have saved me countless hours in my training and helped my body repair and re-educate improper movement patterns that only lead to further injury. They are truly amazing. Finally my lats are waking up and connecting with my hips. I cannot tell you how difficult it has been to work on this with other methods. What seemed to be lacking was the integration of movement that is provided in the crawling and spiderman crawls.
I encourage everyone to get this book and more importantly START BULLETPROOFING.
DON'T believe me??? Try this. Do a strict one arm press with your single rep max.....
Do the bulletproof exercises and then repeat the one arm press. You will be surprised to see the weight go up almost effortlessly and you will usually get 2 or 3 reps.
