Becoming Fearless
I liked in the book that she found the way back to trust in God after all the negative emotional hurts. And that she found strength in Him to stay with TBL. It was motivating for me to know how the training schedule is for each day. Struggling with my weight and emotional abusive situations in my life I got new hope. Now I think I know what to do to win this. Thank you for sharing.
