Bee-Gee Inc. v. Arizona Department of Economic Security

This case presents the question of whether it is proper to grant summary judgment to a psychiatrist sued in a medical malpractice action because of the suicide of a hospitalized mental patient when no expert testimony has been presented that the psychiatrists actions fell below the standard of care required. We hold that it is proper and affirm the lower courts ruling.
