Beebo Flies a Kite

Beebo wants to see his kite in the sky. Grandpa Silas takes him to the meadow, but the wind won't blow just because they want it to. It comes, eases off, and tugs at the string again. With the spool in his hands, Beebo discovers that it helps to watch what is happening close to the ground too.
