Richmond City Police Detective Alonzo Cunningham must race against his self-imposed deadline to rid the City of Richmond, Virginia from a serial rapist that preys on women who have left their families for the sake of their careers. He is better known as the Richmond Rapist.
A lovely young woman unwittingly assists Detective Cunningham with his investigation and Richmonds leading family the Dexters who are now experiencing a new wave of personal issues and surprising revelations, utilize their keen insight and secret connections to aid the widowed detective. However, the Dexters also want to bring the Richmond Rapist to his final justice, as well as fulfill their own ultimate purpose.
