Action for wrongful death by plaintiff Nancy Behling, individually and as special administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Robert Behling, against defendants Harold Lohman, his employer Superior Cast Stone Company, Inc., and the latter's insurance carrier, Employers Mutual Liability Insurance Company. At about 5:15 p. m. on July 27, 1960, Robert Behling was driving a dump truck in a southerly direction on State Trunk Highway 100, a little north of Hales Corners, in Milwaukee county, and at the same time and place defendant Lohman was driving a tractor with semitrailer attached in a northerly direction on the same highway. The two vehicles collided. Behling was rendered unconscious by the collision and was pinned inside the cab of his truck which was lying upside down on the highway. Before he could be removed his truck caught fire and he burned to death.
