An insatiable curiosity and a determined woman led a monster back into the light.

Grayson was once Gaston - the arrogant, handsome ass. A rather fortuitously-timed spell saved him from certain death, but not before he was battered and beaten by his fall. Now a strange little fairy and her magical mistress are giving him a new life and a new opportunity to be better than the beast he was before. Unfortunately, there was no change in his appearance when they tossed him into his new world. 

Estrella, the princess of Winderos Isle, has returned home to celebrate her brother's marriage. But she's had to leave behind her dreams to do so. Sacrificing for her family wasn't a hard decision, but now she's floundering in her new role. Hiding in one of the local taverns and drinking seemed like a good idea until she met the new owner. She's certain there's something more to him than the scars he hides behind. And his rough and growly attitude has piqued her interest in more ways than one.

Perhaps, with a little kindness and a hesitant trust, Grayson will learn to love and let this star guide him back into the light. After all, there's already a spark of desire driving him to be near her. Now he just needs to accept that there's nothing wrong with being… Her Beast.
