Bell v. Seabury

The trial court expressly held that plaintiff failed to prove the statutory grounds for vacating an arbitral award under the
FAA, but the court nonetheless vacated the award reasoning that the alleged improper conduct of defense counsel undermined
public confidence in the dispute resolution system and that to confirm the award would similarly undermine the integrity of
the court.
