Prior to becoming one of New York City Police Department top detectives, Denzel Major and his family moved to the Brownsville Housing Projects in the late 1970's. The move, brought a dramatic change to his much simpler life, when he encountered a violent local street gang at the age of 8.

DeVonte uses his connects with the underworld for a upgrade in life. He invites his girlfriend, along with their friends, to his new home for a weekend of fun and laughter. The weekend turns out to be one that Erica, will never forget.

Nate Washington, an ex-con, who started his life of crime as an enforcer for a Brooklyn King-pin back in the 1960's, and as a cocaine dealer on the forty deuce in the early 1980's. Finds himself roaming the streets of Brooklyn, while trying to support his crack addiction by any means necessary.

Eric transferred from the New York City Police Department street patrol, into the departments narcotics division to become a undercover detective. After learning the ropes, he set his career goal to become a second and first grade detective.
