Beneath the Surface

A double-homicide transpires in Aston at the darkest hour. Detective Kerri Devlin is confined in a tussle between her family drama and these gruesome deaths. With the youthful exuberance of her teenage daughter heightening as the investigation simultaneously thickens, Devlin is reconsidering her career choices.

Withstanding the turbulences, she has a case to solve and a record to keep with or without assist from her nonchalant partner. The homicide which starts off as seemingly impossible to investigate becomes a harder bone to crack when the discovery of a pregnant woman is linked to the deaths.
