Short and to the point
I enjoyed reading this book. It reinforced what I had thought about MSM. I was bit confused about sulfur and msm but I now know the difference. Its actually helps control my allergies. No more over the counter meds that made me either sleepy or cranky. I wish I would have known a long time ago.
