Disappointing
Nothing you can’t find easily on Google and actually recommends the use of Alli for weight loss?? That product blocks the absorption of fats, WHICH ARE ESSENTIAL TO LIFE, and actually makes you poop oil when you fart. Atrocious. Half of the book are references and an index. SMH I wish I’d saved my money, but I’ve always liked Joe Graeden as far back as 1980.
