As much as it irks her, she finds herself looking for help when Sinclair threatens to take over her territory. With the pack’s future at stake, does she dare gamble on a rogue?
Can a rogue let go of his past and dare to face the future? Are strength and duty enough to pave the road to redemption?

The Series
I enjoyed reading the series, your way of writing kept me captivated. Very good series and can’t wait for another to be out.

Wanted to love it but...
I pre ordered this as soon as I could and was overly eager to read it. Unfortunately this did not live up to my expectations or even up to the past books in the series. I never felt a true compelling connection between Damien and Sam. The relationship felt forced. I was more interested in the discord between Kane and Elise. Each book in this series has gripped my imagination in one way or another. Unfortunately this book felt forced. I rarely if ever skim a story but I did here. I can't say I would recommend it. The storyline here won't effect a future book if Tessa and Daniel have their story told. I'd even be interested in Stones story. This just felt like a huge let down after waiting so long for Damien's story to be told.
Finally Damien's story
Glad we finally got Damien's story completed. This probably was my least favorite book. I felt it moved a little too slow. There could have been more of a storyline or it should have been shorter. Hated that Kane was so unlikeable most of the story. Glad Damien found his HEA although it was really late in the book. Would have liked to see him and Sam together a little earlier. Overall, Nicky Charles is still one of my favorites. Cannot wait to see Stone's story.
