Action in the district court for Hennepin county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff in a fall on the grocery-store premises of defendants. The case was tried before Paul S. Carroll, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $2,207 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendants appealed.
