Direct to the point information

I have read more business books than I care to count. As a business consultant I often recommend reading material for my clients. Beyond Customer Satisfaction is now at the TOP of my list. This book is a simple easy read and the transition into implementation of the tools given is spot on! I am so impressed. Beyond Customer Satisfaction is different from so many in the self help and business book genre because they leave out all of the long winded, unnecessary cliche rhetoric and give you straight forward - to the point information that you can use immediately.
