Fantastic book! Easy to read.
I will admit, I was kind of worried about reading a book from a fellow Navy Nuke, thinking it might read like a tech manual. However, since I have transitioned from a Naval Reactors career to one in healthcare leadership the book seemed like it might be a great fit for me. I was not disappointed to say the least! This was an entertaining, easy-to-read and valuable tool to remind me that a service-first focus can be hard but it will be rewarding. Building authentic relationships and facing facts brutally have been a blessing in my career, this book reinforces those values and takes them to another level!
